Pastoral Staff Receives Grant Award

College of Pastoral Leaders at Austin Seminary Awards $10K to Pastoral Staff Group

The Collge of Pastoral Leaders at Austin Theological Seminary has awarded the Pastoral Staff group $10,000 for building excellence in pastoral leadership over the next two years. The pastoral staff consists of ministers and commissioned lay pastors from MATE and Mid-Coast Presbyterian Church. The College of Pastoral Leaders has named this group the "wicked good" group. Over the next two years the pastoral staff group will be working on personal, ministry and shared ministry goals to both improve the quality of pastoral leadership and to share what we have learned with the larger church.
