Large Crowd Enjoys a Traditional New England Boiled Dinner
The United in Christ Presbyterian Church of Starks hosted a traditional New England Boiled Dinner at the Industry Town Hall. Many hands were involved in the peeling of vegetables and setting up the hall early Saturday morning. Corned beef and ham were cooked first and in the afternoon the roasters of meat were replaced with vegetables. Over 70 people plus helpers enjoyed potatoes, carrots, turnip, cabbage, onions, and beets followed by slices of pie and other desserts. Thank you to all who helped make this a success!
