East Parish Housing Ministry, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing services to low income families in the Somerset and Franklin County areas, primarily the unserviced areas which include most immediately Starks and Industry. Led by a small board of committed community members and under the leadership of our Executive Director, Dori Fellman, East Parish Housing MInistry seeks to improve the quality of life for low income, disabled and elderly persons living in our service area. Our services include:

• The Starks Food Cupboard
  • A community food bank open the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 10AM to 12Noon
• Helping Hands Thrift Store
  • A clothing and household goods ministry that provides low or no-cost items to families in need.
• Summer Housing Rehabilitation Program (The Housing Program)
  • A housing rehabilitation program that prevents homelessness and sub-standard living for working class poor families.
